What's happening at 665 Fifth Avenue?

Construction is underway on a 25-story building that will continue to serve as the headquarters for Rolex U.S.A. at the corner of Fifth Avenue and East 53rd Street in Midtown Manhattan.

What are the goals for the project?

The modern, 165,000 square-foot, building will provide office space and facilities for employees and tenants, as well as a new Rolex store on the ground level and additional retail space. The goal is to create a world-class building, utilizing the very best, environmentally conscious, design and construction strategies.

How long has the building been at that location?

We have been part of this community for more than 100 years and are honored to call New York City home. Rolex U.S.A. has operated at its current 665 Fifth Avenue address since the 1970s.

Yes. The interior demolition process began in August 2022.
